Professional teeth whitening
In-clinic whitening uses a high-concentration peroxide gel with gum protection, lifting several shades in about an hour. Take-home whitening uses custom trays and a milder gel over one to two weeks and gives a more gradual, controllable result. We check for decay, cracks and exposed roots first so sensitivity is minimised, and we will tell you honestly if your discolouration is the kind that whitening cannot fix.
Aesthetic composite fillings and bonding
Modern composite resins come in many shades and translucencies. Old amalgam fillings can be replaced, chips repaired, small gaps closed and worn edges rebuilt, all in a single visit without drilling healthy tooth away. Layering techniques reproduce enamel and dentine so the repair is invisible.
Veneers
Composite veneers are sculpted directly onto the teeth in one appointment and are easily repaired. Porcelain (e.max) veneers are made in the laboratory, are more stain-resistant and longer-lasting, and require a thin layer of enamel to be removed. We will advise which suits your teeth, budget and expectations.
Smile design
For a complete makeover we photograph, measure and plan the new smile digitally, then show you a mock-up in your mouth before any irreversible work begins. Treatment may combine whitening, veneers, crowns, gum reshaping and, where teeth are missing, implants.

Recovery and aftercare
None to speak of. Whitening may cause a day or two of sensitivity. Avoid strongly coloured food and drink for 48 hours after whitening or bonding.
Common questions
Is whitening safe for enamel?
Professionally supervised whitening does not damage enamel. Unregulated products and overuse can.
How long do composite veneers last?
Five to seven years on average with care, and they can be polished and repaired. Porcelain veneers typically last 10 to 15 years.
What this costs
Fees depend on the complexity of your case, the materials used and whether preparatory work such as grafting is needed. You receive a written, itemised estimate after your examination, before any treatment begins.
